friendship

when i was doing something just now
i realised that
friendship
is very hard to maintain.

i randomly told pris about this.
and we started chatting about it.

how do we maintain friendships?
people that come into your life
often will become a friend of yours
whether good friends,
casual ones
or just hi and bye.
they are still considered as friends
arent they?

progressing from being casual friends
to good friends
to best friends
wont be an easy task.

i asked
is it good to have some good friends and have long lasting friendships
or is it good to have a wide circle of friends with only short term friendship?
achieving both is not easy
really
but like wad pris said, its better to have good friends with strongly forged bonds.
true.
i think its very true.
having a large circle of friends doesnt mean you are better off
i would rather put more effort in maintaining a strong friendship.

in life we would meet alot of people.
the problem is
do we want to continue being friends
by making the effort to stay in contact with them?
but firstly.
who is responsible for taking the initiative, to keep the friendship?
if someone leaves an impact on you, usually you would keep in touch with them.
but those minor friends,
who should start showing effort to maintain this relationship?
you? or me?

when we try to make friends with people
we try to be friendly
yet they shun you
whose fault is it?
ours?
for not putting effort in trying?
or them?
the ones who think you're nothing and not worthy of being their friend?

friends are people who make life interesting
but they are also the ones
who can hurt u
and neglect you
letting you feel lonely

as expected
2 years is not enough to achieve anything
not even to mention 3 months.
yet i still treasure their company.
even if we all slowly forget each other.

INTJ

being an INTJ friend.. here goes description..

INTJs are usually difficult to get to know well, and difficult to get close to. Those who are close to the INTJ will highly value them for their ideas and knowledge. Although INTJs are generally very serious-minded people, they also have been known to enjoy letting loose and having fun, if others pull them into it. They also can be really good at telling jokes, and exhibiting a sarcastic wit with a poker face.

The INTJ is not likely to choose to spend time with people who they feel don't have anything to offer the INTJ. They especially like to spend time with other Intuitive Thinkers, and also usually enjoy the company of Intuitive Feelers. These personality types love to theorize and speculate about ideas, and so can usually relate well to the INTJ, who loves to analyze ideas.

Many INTJs believe that they are always right. In some INTJs, this belief is quite obvious, while in others it is more subtle. Some people may have a difficult time accepting what they see as a "superior attitude" or "snobbery". Not to imply that INTJs are snobbish, just that some people with strong Feeling preferences may perceive them that way. And some individuals simply have no interest in the theoretical pursuits which the INTJ enjoys.

julie came to SA today to look for her friend
and i saw her lol.

kinda miss our OGLs.

thanks to them, our 3mth orientation is pure fun.
nothing else.

although NJ papers might be hard but i believe they will do well for As.
besides, school exams are mostly harder than actual A lvls.
now that all our OGLs graduated.. i wonder how are they doing now.
jeremy is now in NS..
the rest i dont know their current status.
hm.
i want to meet them again

history.

the past is history
the future is unknown
today is a gift, thats why its called present.

yet.
not many people treasure the present
or do they?

history is something in the past already, and it can only be called memories.
memories of happy times
memories of sad times
memories of good things
memories of bad ones.

some of us can live life as usual even if we have some bad memories, sad times.
while some break down completely
will my friends and i be the one who stand back up despite failures
or will we just crumble into nothingness?

memories can haunt us for life, or accompany us for life(almost, unless u forget it or something)
all good things will come to an end.
be it long term, or short term, memories are powerful stuffs that can spur us on(or not)

today, or the present, is something that we should be happy about since it is given to us.
but how many people actually are grateful for the fact that they had lived through another day?
and are still alive, kicking, still have friends around to talk to, to play with?
sometimes people cant even live through the night.

some people live life for granted
but nothing is permanent except change!
what we have today, might not be wad we have tomorrow.
an event of any kind could possibly rip a part of our life away.
that why. carpe diem.
today's chances could return rewards for you in the future!

alone? or not?

this last year in jc, who knows who will walk with me down till the end of the jc life
past the A lvls.

if i were alone, can i survive in that place?

the race down this stressful + hectic, final lap at that place, requires support from one another.
but even without the many study buddies that i want to get, at least i have a few.

but fret not,
because secondary friends are there(i hope)
they would probably the ones, who will still continue to help each other out.
like what we use to do in sec 4.

we exchange tips
we share information
we teach each other
we guide each other
we be each other's encouragement to do better
studying wasnt a chore anymore.
it was the fun of studying together,
the enthusiasm that drove each other on.

i would assume, that we all want our friends to do excel,
to do well together.

even if we are in different schools
different place at different times.
we all still have one goal in mind,
to ace the A lvls
not to disappoint our family, our friends, ourselves.

so whatever the case, this will never, ever be a solo.

really? i don't think it's all the time.
sometimes when i think of something the whole day, it doesnt appear in my dreams!
yet it appears when i least expected it.

dreams.
strange stuff.
dreams that make you happy
dreams that make you sad
dreams that make you cry
dreams that make you afraid
it gives you a moment of whatever feelings u want to feel.
and then when you wake up.
its gone.

but
sometimes.
dreams are what we need
to make our life. more interesting.
some believe dreams are prophecies
and they live their life in anticipation, that their dreams will come true.
some dreams show us the loss of our close friends and relatives
and its like a message to you
that those people
are important to you
it makes you sad to lose them
makes you happy to have them around
those dreams can make us cry,
at times.

dreams could satisfy what we deem impossible in life.
although its all just an illusion, it give us that moment of happiness.

dreams. they are atrocious at times. its impossible.
dreams go beyond the usual
they create the wildest thing u can never imagine.

are dreams messages from above
or are dreams due to overactive brain
are they just there because it is there
or are they life's simple morals and stories
to be told to you.
